Located in downtown Detroit, the Patrick V. McNamara Federal Building is occupied by a variety of Federal departments including the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), Secret Services Division, Veterans Services as well as GSA.
Exemplar will service the building during its modernization, funded by the Recovery Act. The project will rebuild the public lobby, replace emergency generator, fire alarm system, and installed energy-saving insulation around lobbies and entryways, low-flow plumbing fixtures, and high-efficiency lighting with occupancy sensors.
