Exemplar Enterprises, Inc. announced that is has secured the Janitorial and Related Services contract (W912PL-08-P-0035) at the United States Army Corp of Engineers in San Diego, California.
“With this contract, Exemplar will demonstrate its capacity to service multiple locations under one contract,” said Martha Lutt, Founder and President of Exemplar Enterprises, Inc. “Our women-owned organization is determined to exceed the U.S. Army Corp’s contract performance standards, while adding value through our signature janitorial services.”
Exemplar will provide janitorial services, including waste disposal and recycling. In addition, the company will provide maintenance services, floor care, carpet maintenance and window care.
The United States Army Corps of Engineers contract is a multi-site contract; with 15 U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, Marines and U.S. Navy recruiting offices stations located across counties of San Diego, Riverside and Orange, California.
