President

Martha Lutt founded Exemplar Enterprises, Inc. after many years of experience. Ms. Lutt has been exposed to the housekeeping field at a very young age. At sixteen, she began to manage the family’s janitorial business. She handled the marketing, personnel interviewing, scheduling, and quality control related matters. In spite of her young age and because she was fluent in the English language, she learned to face the challenges that a successful business owner must overcome.

Ms. Lutt gained the required experience and maturity through a hands-on approach to directing and supervising a business in real life. Upon reaching adulthood, Ms. Lutt understood the need for education in order to succeed in life. She enrolled in higher education, becoming a Registered Nurse, intellectually capable of undertaking extremely difficult tasks and intricate mathematical formulas. She has been trained to handle emotionally charged situations such as operating rooms and emergency rooms where life and death are literally in the balance.

In pondering over the role that she played in the success of the family business and in discerning how her newfound knowledge could be applied to a business of national scope, Ms. Lutt decided to return to her roots and has laid the framework to an exciting career operating her own janitorial and landscaping business.

Ms. Lutt has sought to intelligently apply past experience and training to her own business, Exemplar Enterprises, Inc. She has spent time in person training janitors on the most efficient and effective methods for cleaning available today.
